Ingredients include: Lemongrass, Orange Peel, Rosehips, Chamomile, Hibiscus, Spearmint,  Lemon Balm, natural orange flavors,  and "No Caffeine."

Steeping Instructions:  Use 1 Tablespoon Loose Tea, snf 8 oz. of water . Steep in 200 degree water for 7 minutes.
